FAQs
Are pop-up canopy tents weather-resistant?
Yes. The durable polyester not only stands up to rainy weather, it’s also UV-resistant. If needed, you can pick up ground stakes and rope from a local hardware store and use them for added security in windy conditions.
How was the full wall suspended?
The entire assembly is attached to the bottom end of the ceiling using Velcro. And it is divided into forward and reverse suspension. Please let us know the direction of the suspension when placing the order.
How was the half wall suspended?
Half-wrap is tied around the tent frame with elastic bands.
Do you have any design tips for my custom canopy tents?
We recommend using vector graphics (.ai, .eps or .svg files) for your images – .jpg files may blur when scaled. If you need to upload a .jpg, it should be 150 DPI or higher. And we highly suggest avoiding small text as anything less than 2" may not be legible from a distance.
