Return Policy & Transport Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Non-customized stock products (ready-made items without custom printing/logo)
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, subject to the following conditions:
- Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and all accessories intact;
- No scratches, stains, rips, frame deformation or man-made damage to advertising tents, beach flags and display stands;
- Not installed, assembled or used in any event, exhibition or outdoor promotion scene.
1.2 Customized & personalized orders (custom logo printing, custom size, custom fabric, OEM & ODM orders)
All custom printed beach flags, personalized canopy tents, tailor-made exhibition display equipment are produced exclusively per your requirements and cannot be resold to other customers.
Customized orders are NOT eligible for free return, exchange or refund due to personal preference, wrong size selection, unsatisfied pattern or unexpected purchase demand changes.
2. Defective & Damaged Goods
If items arrive broken, with printing errors, frame bending, fabric tearing, missing accessories or obvious factory quality defects:
- Please provide clear photos/videos of damaged products, outer packaging and shipping label within 7 days after parcel receipt;
- We will arrange re-production, free re-delivery, partial compensation or full refund according to the actual situation, and we bear the corresponding supplementary shipping cost.
3. Return Shipping Cost
- Non-quality voluntary return: The buyer shall bear both round-trip shipping fees, original shipping expense paid at checkout will not be refunded;
- Factory quality problem / delivery error: We undertake the resending freight cost.
4. Refund Processing
- After we receive and inspect the returned undamaged stock goods, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days to your original payment account;
- Bank transfer, PayPal or credit card refunds may take extra processing time determined by the payment provider.
5. Exclusions That Cannot Be Returned
- Assembled tents, flags that have been used outdoors for activities;
- Products damaged by improper installation, strong wind, rain, artificial collision or long-term outdoor exposure;
- Discount clearance goods, wholesale bulk orders confirmed in advance;
- Minor chromatic aberration caused by different display screens (screen color difference does not count as quality problem).
