Can I use my fabric banner stand outdoors?
No. These are recommended for indoor use only.
Can I wash my tension fabric display? And at what temperature?
Yes, our tension banners are machine washable on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. You can tumble dry afterwards. We don’t recommend dry cleaning or ironing.
Can I buy just the tension fabric separately?
Yes. If you already have one of our frames, you may select the fabric only option. Please note that this fabric will not work with other frames.
Do you have any design tips for my tension fabric displays?
We recommend using vector graphics (.ai, .eps or .svg files) for your images – .jpg files may blur when scaled. If you need to upload a .jpg, it should be 150 DPI or higher. And we highly suggest avoiding small text as anything less than 2" may not be legible from a distance.
